Hi, my name is Keith Walter, and I am an independent Quickbooks Advanced Proadvisor bookkeeper in Louisville, Kentucky. Thanks to Cloud technology, however, I work with business owners like you all over the country. My first few decades of my career were in the Clinical Engineering field. We specialized in maintaining a multitude of electronic and electromechanical medical equipment. As a CE Account Manager, that position solidified my interest in numbers as most of my time was focused on Budget, monthly reporting, analyzing data for the various hospital departments, answering billing questions about charges to their departments, etc. That led me to where I am today after I started my own bookkeeping business to help people like you.

We handle day-to-day transaction recording, reconcilation, and month end close, tailoring the chart of accounts and workflows to fit your operational rhythm. You will receive clear, GAAP-aligned statements along with insights into trends, variances, and opportunities; presented in a language that you can understand and act upon. What services you chose for your business are completely tailored to your business needs and requests. We can be as involved in your financials as you wish us to be.
QuickBooks Online is our accounting platform of choice as it is the clear cut industry leader and is robust enough to handle 100% of the accounting needs of your business. It allows for integration with a multitude of apps (e.g., time tracking, expense reporting, online bill pay, etc.) that provide for a more efficient accounting system, which increases accuracy and saves a tremendous amount of time and money. We do, however, work with clients using QuickBooks Desktop as well, as it is sometimes a better fit for businesses requiring certain specific features. We are advanced certified Quickbooks ProAdvisors including Payroll.
Our Tax Services Benefit:
One of the many benefits of having us do your bookkeeping is that we are a turnkey operation that assures that you are taking advantage of every deduction and credit that you are entitled to. Since Taxation is a specialty under constantly changing tax laws, We use a partner Tax Professional to handle all taxes to ensure they are done correctly, or we can use your tax professional that you currently use. There is NO markup cost to you for this service.
Need a Catch up or Clean up?
A Clean up is necessary when your books are a mess for whatever reason. A Catch up is needed if the bookkeeping hasn’t been done during a particular period of time and it needs to be completed. Great News!!! We can solve both of these issues for You!!! We want your books to be completely clean and caught up.
